Most people understand that grass-fed ground beef is safer than conventional ground beef with regards to bacterial contamination, but few really know the reasons. And even fewer would appreciate the extreme difference in safety. As a result of the natural farming methods of grass-based farmers and their tendency not to combine animal meat during the grinding process, grass-fed ground beef is likely hundreds of times safer than conventional ground beef.
